As co-owner of the agency, she is widely respected for her self-starting attitude, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence in service delivery.
In 2019, Gladys earned the Caribbean Certificate of Insurance Practice (CCOIP) with distinction, a reflection of her deep understanding of the industry and dedication to professional growth. She has also completed numerous professional development courses in finance, accounting, and legal studies—equipping her with a well-rounded perspective essential to leading a dynamic, client-focused agency.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at the University of the West Indies, Gladys continues to strengthen her leadership and business acumen. Her vision and drive play a vital role in the continued success and growth of Simpson’s Insurance Agency Ltd.
